PremierSpirit 2008 Official Rules

(NOTE: These rules are viewed by pilots, schedulers, dispatchers, and FBO personnel on the PremierSpirit web site. The rules have been revised slightly in order to address all parties mentioned.)

  1. PremierSpirit 2008 Official Rules

  2. Offer valid July 1, 2008 through September 30, 2008.

  3. Any forms received before July 1 will be disqualified. Inspections postmarked after October 7, 2008 are not eligible.

  4. ExxonMobil is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected inspection forms. Inspections must be received at the PremierSpirit office no later than October 14, 2008.

  5. Repeat inspections of the same FBO by the same pilot do not qualify for any points, gifts, or collector airplanes.

  6. Forms must be obtained by pilots in person at the FBO being evaluated and filled out legibly and completely to qualify. FBO must affix FBO label at the top-front of inspection form to be valid.

  7. Photocopies or any mechanically reproduced copies of the inspection form will not be accepted. If the form is altered in any way the inspection will be automatically be disqualified.

  8. You must be a licensed civilian pilot to participate in the promotion. Pilots must reside in the United States or Canada to be eligible for Pilots + Rewards points. Military pilots are not permitted to participate in obtaining prizes, however they may provide FBO feedback.

  9. PO Box addresses are not accepted on the form.

  10. Offer void where prohibited or otherwise restricted.

  11. For a Collector Airplane and/or 18,000 Pilots + Rewards points, inspect six different participating ExxonMobil Aviation FBO's. Six inspections and corresponding completed forms qualifies for one model airplane, limit one of each airplane per pilot, per program year. Supplies limited. Other airplane models may be substituted.
